FCSCR Counseling Services
The Family and Individual Counseling program provides professional counseling services at various convenient locations throughout the Capital Region. Services are insurance reimbursable or provided on a sliding-scale basis. Call 462-6531 to schedule an appointment.

FCSCR Call Center Programs
CONTACT Lifeline provides confidential emotional support to anyone in crisis who may be feeling depressed, despairing, lonely or even suicidal and just needs to talk. The hotline is accessed by calling 689-4673. CONTACT Lifeline is also part of a national network with the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-8255, which is available 24/7.
Crisis Chat provides confidential emotional support online via chat and can be accessed at www.CrisisChat.org.

Capital Employee Assistance Program
Capital EAP provides short-term counseling services to employees and family members of employees of over 100 businesses throughout the Capital Region. Capital EAP also provides management consultation and training services to contracted customers.
