Today, the organization provides thousands of families and individuals with the counseling, programs and information resources they need to maintain satisfying and healthy lives.

After-Hours Crisis Support for CDPHP Launched
Family and Children's Service of the Capital Region is excited to announce that CONTACT Lifeline will now be providing after-hours crisis support for CDPHP members! This new hotline will provide support they need when they are in crisis following best practices set by the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline and CONTACT USA. The after-hours hotline aims to keep people out of higher levels of care, providing them with the support they need in their homes. "A Family Affair" Social Art Gallery Exhibit July 2nd through August 31st
Family and Children's Service of the Capital Region is hosting "A Family Affair," a Social Art Gallery exhibit. "A Family Affair" features the works of Donna Pierce, Jeri Degner, Deborah Kean, Dianne DelLozzo, and Donald Degner. The exhibit runs from July 2nd through August 31st. Psychologist, educator, and speaker April Foreman interviewed FCSCR's Jill Wolski, Director of CONTACT Lifeline and Crisis Chat, on the creation of Crisis Chat.
