United Way 211 Northeast Region is a confidential integrated system of help via the telephone - a single source of information about community services, providing referrals to human services, and crisis intervention. It is accessed toll-free from anywhere. You can call to obtain information or to seek help in a crisis. The Info Line operates Monday through Friday 10am to 5pm.

Are you looking for resources and referrals regarding community, health and human related services in the Greater Capital Region? We have access to many agencies enabling you to obtain the assistance you need . It includes local and state government entities, nonprofit agencies, support groups, and some for-profits such as nursing homes and home health providers. The Browser version includes agency descriptions, service descriptions, service eligibility, addresses, phone and fax numbers, administrators' names, and many other details. It is possible to search by agency or site names, program names, keywords, and service terms. Searches can be for the whole state or by individual town. The database covers the following counties: Albany, Columbia, Fulton, Greene, Hamilton, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Schoharie, Warren and Washington.
